Main requirements for registrars:

• The registrar can be only a legal entity or a natural person – a subject of entrepreneurial activity.

The registrar must have:

• At least one working name server available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (In order to ensure continuous operation of domain names, it is recommended to use at least 2 name servers located in different networks of the Internet)
• The website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that contains true and accurate contact information about the person providing domain name registration services.
• 24/7 email
• Software provision that supports the EPP protocol (RFC-5730)
